Those of you who have been following the campaign for some time realize that some work was completed in Phase I over the summer of 2012. Phase I included foundation work on the existing crawl space, installation of new windows on first floor, and installation of a new flat roof on the addition. With this work done over the summer we were able to ensure the remaining Phase II work could be completed in the time allotted.
