Construction Phase I

Phase I Ends - Week 8

With week eight the new concrete floor has been poured in the former crawl space, and Phase I officially comes to an end:

Phase I - Week 7

Week seven and Phase I is wrapping up. The foundation work is finished and has been backfilled:

Phase I - Week 6

Sorry, no pictures from week five but week six brings plenty of changes. First up, the pad for the new transformer has been poured on the lot line between us and Theta Xi:

The new foundation wall has dried and the forms have been removed. The two new window wells have been formed up and poured:

Phase I - Week 2

Week two brings big progress on the foundation work. The existing columns have been removed and rebar has been delivered for forming up the new foundation walls:

The helical supports have been driven and are supporting the existing foundation while the new lower walls are formed and poured:

Phase I Begins - Week 1

With the beginning of summer, it's time to get started on Phase I of construction on our historic chapter house. This includes foundation work to make the crawl space into livable space, some window replacement, and installation of the new flat roof. Starting with the foundation, there's been a lot of digging going on:
