Week two brings big progress on the foundation work. The existing columns have been removed and rebar has been delivered for forming up the new foundation walls:
The helical supports have been driven and are supporting the existing foundation while the new lower walls are formed and poured:
New footings and supporting steel columns have been installed, replacing the concrete pillars removed:
From the inside it's clearer what's going on with the foundation - it's suspended in mid-air on the steel helical columns driven into the ground:
On the roof, the racking system for the air conditioners has been installed, and the roof should be going down soon:
