This week Beta hosted our annual backpack in back philanthropy alongside two other fraternities, Sigma Phi Epsilon and Phi Delta Theta. The event raises money for the Lincoln Backpack Program, a program that gives backpacks full of food to low income students and children for them to take home on the weekends. The philanthropy was hosted at 1640 event center and feature a "battle of the bands" between the three fraternities. The night was full of excitement and promoted a great cause.
